When the customer-service chat or a game window will not appear, the first thing to check is the setting that lets you allow pop ups Chrome would otherwise block. Google says Chrome blocks pop-ups from showing up on your screen by default, and the lobby’s chat opens in a new browser tab, which a blocker can stop. This page walks through three causes, the one-site fix on Chrome, and the Safari switch, as part of playing the lobby from your phone’s browser.
Cause one: Chrome blocked the window it was asked to open
Google says that when a pop-up is blocked, the address bar is marked Pop-up blocked. The lobby’s chat is the common case: the footer entry 888JILI online na serbisyo sa customer, and the headset icon in the top bar, open a live chat in a new browser tab. If that tab does not show, Chrome probably blocked it.
You tapped the headset icon and nothing opened
Stay on the lobby page and look for the Pop-up blocked mark in the address bar. Then follow the next section to allow it for this one site.
Allow pop ups Chrome blocks, for one site only
Google’s help allows pop-ups for a specific site without turning the blocker off everywhere. Not all pop-ups are ads or spam, and some legitimate websites display web content in pop-up windows.
- Open Chrome on your Android phone or the Chrome app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to the page where the pop-up was blocked.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Always show. On iPhone and iPad, it appears under Pop-ups blocked.
- Tap the headset icon again so the chat tab opens.
Always show never appears at the bottom
Reload the lobby page and tap the headset icon once more so Chrome meets the block again. Then look at the bottom of the screen.
Cause two: block pop ups Chrome is set for the whole browser
Block pop ups Chrome is the default, and it is a good setting for the rest of the web. Google’s menus for the switch differ by phone. On Android, tap More, then Settings, then Site settings, then Pop-ups and redirects. On iPhone and iPad, tap More, Settings, Content Settings, then Block Pop-ups.
You turned the blocker off everywhere to get one window open
Turn it back on so unwanted windows are blocked again, and use Always show on the lobby page only. A blocker you switch off for the whole browser also lets ads and spam windows through.
Cause three: the link opened in another app’s viewer
A lobby link tapped inside a social app opens in that app’s own viewer, and that viewer has none of Chrome’s settings. If the window is blocked or missing there, move to your real browser first. The page on the Facebook in app browser shows how.
The chat tab fails only when you came from a social post
Open Chrome yourself, type the lobby address, log in and then tap the headset icon. The pop-up setting you changed in Chrome now applies.
Allow pop ups Safari on iPhone
Apple’s iPhone guide gives one control for Safari: open Settings, tap Apps, tap Safari and turn on Block Pop-ups. To let the chat tab open, turn Block Pop-ups off while you chat, then turn it back on.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps, then tap Safari.
- Turn Block Pop-ups off.
- Open the lobby in Safari and tap the headset icon.
- Return to Settings, Apps, Safari and turn Block Pop-ups on again.
Still not working?
If the window still does not open, work through this list in order.
- Check that the tab opened behind the one you are on; tap the tabs button and look.
- Close the lobby tab, open it fresh from the address you typed and try again.
- Google says that if you still get pop-ups after disabling them, a site may have notifications, or the phone may carry malware; Google’s page names both.
- Read the lobby’s FAQs, under Tulong Impormasyon in the footer, for the answer to a withdrawal or deposit question.
- Use only the lobby’s own chat. The terms call the web-based online customer service the only genuine channel, and a stranger who messages you a link to “fix” the window is the start of a SIM swap scam.
