The thing most often got wrong here

Here, the key difference to grasp is that a PAGCOR operator licence and a PAGCOR EGLD listing are two separate things. PAGCOR has approved a studio’s game content for the operators it licenses whenever that studio has an EGLD listing. As a licence it does not belong to the studio, and no casino carrying those games is covered by it.

Only that one applies to four of the seven studios listed below. Their pages state it in plain words, since “PAGCOR listed” and “PAGCOR licensed” differ by a single word yet mean very different things, and the second is what readers usually hope they have found.
